Dr. Beth Drolet Accepts New CHW Leadership Role
Effective February 15, 2015, Dr. Beth Drolet joined Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin (CHW) administration as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). The CXO position is critical to driving the system’s effort to differentiate itself on the quality of patient and family experience. This work is a product of CHW’s overall Enterprise Performance Improvement plan and an important element that supports vision and strategy. Dr. Drolet will provide leadership, coaching and support for activities related to patient and family experience, including the development of skills and resources needed by all employees and providers to improve the Children’s experience. The goal of this effort will be to create a culture and standard of care that builds upon CHW’s excellent clinical outcomes, improves patient experience, builds loyalty and strengthens the system’s reputation and brand.
